BIS, BISS, GCH Braeleen Foreign Intrigue
Welcome to Braeleen Shetland Sheepdogs. We are a small hobby kennel located in Merced, California which can be found in the San Joaquin Valley. Merced is also known as “the Gateway to Yosemite.”
We breed only 1 or 2 litters a year and we specialize in sables. We show primarily in conformation. Our few dogs are raised in the house and are members of the family. Occasionally we offer puppies or adults to select show, performance, or companion homes. We welcome your visit to our kennel web page and also to our family’s page. Enjoy.
Member in good standing of American Shetland Sheepdog Association, Shetland Sheepdog Club of Northern California, and Yosemite Kennel Club.

New Champion and a ROM
On Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Emerald Empire Shetland Sheepdog Club specialty, judge Victoria Piccirillo awarded us double honors by declaring Braeleen Last Tango Winner’s Dog for his championship. This also gave his dam, Mindalyn This Time Next Year her 5th champion, and ROM! This was cause for tears of joy! We are so proud of both CH Tang and Amy!
YEAAAY!!!
Grand Champion!
As of June 5, 2010, Brian became the 3rd sheltie in history to add Grand Champion to his titles!!!
WOOO HOOO!!!
ASSA National 2010
Brian wins FIRST in the Stud Dog class! Once again this amazing dog gives me an incredible thrill with his first in the Stud Dog class. We are so honored with this placement. Huge thanks to judge, Mrs. Marcia Bittner. Thanks also to Brian’s co-owner and handler, Jan Williams, to her awesome assistant, Jen Clohessy, and to Renee Guillierie for their great handling and presentation of Brian and his get.
AWESOME!!!
